exchange of data from our centralized HQ.

Creation and delivery of customized training, distance learning and F2F training programs.
Developed new and innovative teaching methods to ensure the delivery reaches a wide range of trainees in

Role and Responsibilities:
-Manage projects with high risk and complexity; ensure final delivery and acceptance to meet customer’s expectations of time and quality.
-Ensure that projects are completed within budget by efficient cost controlling and internal and external resources management.
-Act as primary project interface to the client, ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the relationship with the customer.
-Work with tight budget.
-Lead team of 8 engineers including subcontractors and vendors; responsible for network implementation and care maintenance.
-Prepare and deliver related technology, workshops and trainings.
-Follow day to day operative project planning.
-Follow up and report project progress, site acceptance, performance statistics and KPIs to higher management.
-Provide training to the customer on different technologies related to solutions offered by MEATEL.
Achievements:
-Deployment of the DWDM (End to END) according to the contract and the time line; DWDM tested, accepted and running, for the fixed network Lebanese operator “Ogero”.
-Took Over and recovered a Full Turn Key network upgrade project including installation, commissioning and acceptance of Nokia Siemens (Core, Radio 2G/3G, Optimization, Optical, Microwave) for an operator in Karabach/Armenia.
-Implementation of Microwave and Optical networks for two clients in the security sector in Lebanon and establishment of the operational support structure against strict availability SLA.
-Put processes in place to successfully execute DWDM project for national fixed operator; implementation of 100+GSM repeater swap project.
-Assistance in developing service, project management and related input for several successful tenders (optical, microwave, CCTV solutions…).
Role and Responsibilities:
-Interface with customers regarding upgrade and support activities.
-Coordinate with customers on Acceptance and Quality procedures.
-Operational tasks:
o Commissioning of RAN and transmission equipment.
o Own some of the company Key projects.
o Write technical reports.
o Manage all technical activities related to acceptance.
Achievements:
-Swap of 280 Ericsson BTS to NSN flexi BTS.
-Leading team of 7 engineers and technicians including subcontractors.
-Implementation within timeframes and acquiring the customer’s acceptance.
-Installation, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of Nokia Siemens equipment.
-Implementation of Lawful Interception solutions on Siemens switches till acceptance obtained.
-Fixed network upgrade from EWSD to HI9200.
-Installation, commissioning and database implementation of Nokia Release 4 MSS and MGW.
-Implementation of onsite software corrections to Various EWSD equipments.
