c) HUMAN RESOURCE Functions
• Monitor and record the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a monthly basis; Collate various statistical data for department required for KPI reporting, like monthly/cumulative overtime statements, absences, man-hours, training hours, etc.
• Liaise with Government Relations Dept for Visa rules and regulations for new joiners
• Compile data from personnel records and prepares reports as required
• Perform recruitment function such as posting ads for vacancies; updating the company website; screening and sorting of CVs; arranging interview schedules with Line/Department Heads; send out employment contracts to selected candidates; coordinate with candidates.
• Coordinate Trainings for management staff and employees as required and in line with plan and LND dept.
• Act as a Coordinator with HR/F&A/GRO/IT for staff and employees to various issues i.e. leave, loan, claims, payroll, personal request, visas, passport releases & IDs.
