• Perform analysis of course syllabus to identify the scope of content to be developed
• Develop instructional objectives that fit within and are consistent with course syllabus
• Prepare standards and guides for content development
• Work with different types of input material to create instructionally sound content
• Design appropriate interactivity and assessment instruments to measure students learning Conduct visualization process with the development team
• Work with other team members to ensure quality and accuracy of content developed
• Guide team members in developing instructional contents based on the standards agreed upon.
• Communicate with team members to motivate and lead them to successful implementation of the projects.

• Monthly reporting and documentation
• Monitoring &Evaluation of all Activities
• Maintenance the computerized program system data base and submits relevant reports
• Exchanging ideas /experience with management /field staff for determination and Implementation within project.
• Attending NGOs/Govt. department’s coordinative meetings & preparing the minutes of the meeting.
