Develop company awareness to Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Owners.

To summarize and report the markets analysis/ Trends as well as changes on a long term view.
Build with the marketing team strong relations with consultants and governmental department thru seminars, brochure and direct simultaneous visits to be sure that our product will be mentioned in their specification and according to specs demand.
To create and design the sales and technical strategic plan in order to achieve the company business objectives.
Prepare the budget for sales and technical expenses.
To build up, train and manage sales team with strong reliable sales systems and procedures to guarantee delivering the targets and best customer services with the maximum benefits to the company.
Ensure the realization of the annual plans, budgets and KPI by monitoring sales indicators direct and indirect sales progress, using statistical information and take necessary actions.
Control profitability of sales within predetermined margins.
Control accounts receivables and credit facilities with customer within annual objectives.
