Coordinated and controlled contracting activities for major turnaround/refurbishment projects, managed and administered changes and addendums for contracts. Negotiated and assisted with legal drafting of contracts, LOI, LOA issuance. Issued properly authorized contracts. Administered post Contract management, ensured bonds and guarantees, actively promoted communication between stakeholders on contract deliverables management. Interim and final payment certification, evaluation of Contract Changes, EOT, Claims and dispute management.
Assisted Project Manager in contractual matters, major subcontract strategies, NDA. Contractual correspondence, Legal drafting/review and consistency check of contracts. Controlled bidding and procurement process, Tracked & administrated major subcontractor’s obligations. Participated in evaluation of change order/claims (Pricing/negotiation). Reviewed purchase variation orders, blanket orders, call off orders. Assisted to the Management to define, Implement, maintain and support effective change management and contract management policies, procedures and Pricing/negotiation activities.
