• Lead the effort in creative approaches to problem solving & ensure the timely completion of IT support help desk 24/7 of 10 + clients and 1000+ nodes.
• Develop and ensure adherence to methodologies, standards, and procedures coordinate IT staffing to support IT services priorities.
• Assists the monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing a variety of IT systems and business processes.

• Train and improve current customer care process and educate representatives in the IT Support and Business Process departments by creating IT tickets on daily basis and followed up for each client
• Sole responsible of IT Support correspondence and proactive technical support
• Identify and highlight best practices in IT Support team through continuous assessment, and feeding process and unique services recommendations to the top management
