o Finalizing monthly and yearly Production Plans for all manufacturing facilities located in UAE, USA, Canada, Jordan, Turkey, Pakistan, Thailand, Nigeria & India.

o Reviewing PO’s of all companies and ensuring that requested quantity is correct and on best available prices.
o Preparing annual and semiannual purchase plans and defining quantities with the help of Production Department according to Production Plans.
o Gathering historical purchase data, preparing analysis and finding the deviations from budgeted purchase plans.
o Measuring per day efficiency/production percentage of each factory and submitting to management.
o Monthly collecting reports of slow & non moving item from all factories, consolidating and moving the parts to respective factory to utilize properly.
o In addition to these basic responsibilities, I also work on a bunch of special projects that management needs. This ranges from taking surveys of other companies to creating and analyzing business plans, determining sales prices, salary structure, stock takes, SAP implementation, disposal of dead and waste items, insurance, assisting to Internal and External auditors.
