- Install and configure computers and other common technology/devices for new and existing employees or clients.
- Utilize Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Deployment Toolkit to image and prep computers for deployment.
- Provide support with the regular maintenance of monitoring, backup, and infrastructure systems.
- Have the ability to take on higher-level strategic projects when tactical projects stall. Areas can include network administration, systems administration, high-performance computing, information security, etc.
- Ability to write instructional documentation and convey highly technical ideas.
- Handle all RMA requests with vendors to ensure properly working IT equipment.
- Order IT equipment based on current supply and upcoming new hires.
- Provide input on meeting standards of performance.
- Other duties as assigned such as web development, resourcing and technical research.

Projects:

- Network designing and configuration of wireless access points for a client, at an office. After studying the design and infrastructure of the villa, amount of access points was determined and placed accordingly resulting in ease of access to the internet.
- Successfully installation and maintenance of Windows Server 2008 R2, with DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop, Printer and File sharing services.

Duties;

- Scheduling and attending meetings with customer managers.
