✓ Assigned a committee member from Instrumentation side for troubleshooting of Flare header choking problem faced in PP Plant. Committee submitted report to management in consultation with third party appointed.
✓ Suggest and implement best cost effective solutions to overcome long pending issues. Prepare Standard Maintenance Practices (SMP) and implement to avoid unwanted failures, upsets in process.
✓ Identification of critical instruments and procurement of its spare parts. Standardization of instruments for common spare parts.
✓ Management of Change (MOC) preparation and its execution for improvement and enhancement of reliability of instrumentation systems.
✓ Worked on safety Instrumented System (SIS) . Working experience on Valve Link software used for Partial stroke Checking (PST)
✓ Rectified charge heater damper problem which was long pending and made it operable from DCS. This has increased effienciency of charge heater.
