➢ Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from various sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing Departments.
➢ Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
➢ To complete all the joining formalities of New Recruits like getting filled the joining Kit, sending the necessary requisition to IT dept, Admin dept, ID card etc.
➢ Handles the tasks of headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates for the right profile using various sources such as Job portal, references etc.
➢ Recruits, selects and schedules interviews with potential employees required for the organization
➢ Handling initial round of HR Interview in order to judge the Candidate Suitability
➢ Asking for salary and reference details once profile gets shortlisted.
➢ Making a salary fitment and getting it approved from the Reporting Manager.
➢ Coordinating with consultants for various positions.
➢ To monitor and analyze (daily) the pending complaints which customer / clients may have and instruct them for resolution thereof.
