Designing and Developing content for online E - learning and use of appropriate media and technology
Work with HR and Training Advisor for content acquisition and understanding needed prior to development
Participate and Work with HR and Training manager to create Training needs analysis for new hire’s to ensure they are compliant based on their KPI’s
Provide Guidance and support to TMS team for course booking & issuance of certificates
Creating online Assessments, Evaluation and feedback reports for all Training OJT’s/courses
Preparation of Training Compliance reports and statistics
Manage and monitor Training site and workspace on share point
Act as a Subject matter of expert and Deliver technical trainings to efficiently use Skills XP and Skills GRID training management systems to RSTC’s and QHSE managers offshore
Propose/Suggest training needs if any required to develop the internal employees
Maintain all training records and database and provide ongoing feedback to HR
Provide assistance to HR from training point of view during performance appraisal
Manage training vendors and ensure they are as per company standards
Assist Training manager and Training advisor in preparation of training plans and programs as per the budget
Participation in Training and QHSE meetings & financial budget planning
Preparation of TMS guides and distribution to target audience/employee
Organise and manage internal trainings for executives and employees based in the headquarters
Implement any changes as per the feedback received on training programs and visiting training site/classrooms and interact with the offshore delegates
Conducting Fire drill’s on a periodic basis to ensure correct evacuation process is followed
Administer and Management of Learning & Content Management system
Facilitate technical aspects of content creation work
Preparation/Designing Pre & Post Assessment Forms for Principal Instructors/Subject matter experts.
Creating timeline & Joining Instructions for internal training programs
Generating Training Reports on a bi weekly basis or as required
Summarize evaluation and feedback received through online learning and to work on any areas that requires improvement
Assist visa processing and travel logistics for those travelling to Dubai

HR Responsibilities
Sourcing, screening and selection of potential candidates
Effective search of resume’s, Managing and Posting jobs on job portals
Organize and facilitate Employee Orientation, Onboarding and induction process
Organize and Coordinate interviews for fresher’s and at management level
Prepare Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates
Review & Respond to emails and other correspondence for changes to HR regulations, policies, and procedures
Provide support and assistance to manager’s required to complete performance appraisal for their team
Review, update and maintain proper record of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctors’ list, performance appraisal, Employee issues
Assist in providing inputs and details for generating MIS reports for headcount reporting
Assist payroll in providing compensation & bonus updates and changes
Manage and monitor SAP HR database
Training Responsibilities
Initiate programs and fun activities to create employee motivation and team work/building attitude
Share resources, Information, Ideas and best practices inside the organization’s Lines of Business
Assisting functional managers to evaluate training needs for the team members and support to identify needs and requirements for any customized training program relevant to the individual job role/Performance
Managing and administering training programs/courses/activities through class room and Online E Learning portals and follow through to completion as per defined standards
Provide periodic and ad hoc training reports to line manager (monthly training volume, training program progress, shift training statistics, certification status) for overall Human Resource development purpose
Maintains frequent and appropriate level of contact with senior management for any escalations and to keep them informed about important or controversial cases/situations
Worked with Software Configuration Management - Supporting change control BAU activities, Endevor administration, Project participation, and automation initiatives
Involved in regular BAU task in terms of supporting the package execution, failure resolution, maintenance work, Endevor day to day activities and administration task
Involved in supporting Automation project to Automate Various tasks as per the health check of the product post a infrastructure release, SCM owned volume maintenance, reporting of the metrics for the Endevor tool usage
Worked for RSA Project (Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Company) as System Administrator. Supporting LAN, Lotus Notes and Mainframe accesses for RSA Customers based in UK and Accenture Customers working for MONACO Project in Bangalore
Involved in defining, controlling & Trouble shooting user access on mainframe, LAN and Lotus Notes
Have worked in SOX auditing which involves revoking and re instating access according to Security Requirements
