Collect, analyze quantitative and qualitative data with having the potential of impacting the demand signal and
propose compelling demand plan supported by quantified assumptions/risk/opportunities in demand review.
* Recommend the demand plan, upside and downside risk factors with key input of risks and opportunities
related to the forecast.
* Understand performance gap and Mape & Bias targets. Improve individual and group accuracy through
corrective and/or continuous improvement plans.
* Re-allocation of roles and responsibilities to improve demand and supply planning.
* Co-ordinate monthly demand forecasting cycle by facilitating business line monthly demand review meeting with sales, marketing and supply chain.
* Monitor validity of demand plans and realize intermediate updates, effect sales and operations planning reviews in order to establish feasible sales plans.
* Liaise and build robust working relations with the primary importers and Michelin agencies.
* Manage effective collaboration meetings with commercial directors and local supply chain teams of each country in the AIM zone.
• Investigating problems, finding root causes, and developing solutions at the same time Highlighting and addressing supply chain issues that could affect the business.
• Periodic performance reports on supply ability by Gathering and interpreting relevant data (cost, leadtime, etc)
• Coordinating delivery schedules and other supply chain activities by Tracking Clearance performance
• Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing units deliver the brand requirements
• Reporting on Performance on Aging stock and managing the inventory levels, highlighting risks and actions
• Managing the activities necessary for both the short and long term planning cycles and work with finance and the businesses to insure accuracy
• Managing the activities required in developing safety stocks levels by product, while optimizing the inventory investment and targeted inventory turns.
• Identify and develop new ideas and lead projects that improve the overall supply chain processes and work to align those with the best practices in the industry.
Re-design of planning processes along with integrated supply chain planning system.

Primary Responsibility was to manage all the sites in Cluster up to MMP standards.
* Analyze logistics data, using methods such as data mining, data modelling, and cost analysis.
* Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports
* Ordering fuel deliveries when needed also maintaining Safety Wet Stocks.
* Continuously improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach
* Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management.
* Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy,
inventory plan vs. targets).
* Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s of suppliers and brand partners.
Ensure the safe and efficient use of the aircraft.
* Preparing reports on logistics performance measures.
* Ensuring accurate details of all flights updated as per CLP timelines.
* Identify in advance any additional required loading aids to ensure availability at loading time.
* Make sure that aircraft ground time is minimized by making sure the unit is prepared to load.
* Help the unit prioritize the movement of cargo and personnel.
* Making sure all the aspects of check in were done according to the timelines.
* Coordinating with the aircraft dispatcher for a quickest turn around.
