Conducting HSE induction to all work forces (Visitors, Staff, workers including sub contractor)
Advice Senior Management on all safety related issues.
Planning and organizing to implement the set Health, Safety & Environmental management programs.
Device Safe System of Work and monitors that implementation process.
Raise labor welfare issues including deficiency of PPEs.
Eliminate / reduce risk of all physical, health & welfare hazard as low as reasonably practicable.
Deliver Health & Safety training to staff & workers as per the criteria of priority & timely needed.
Review existing Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis & Safe Work Method Statement etc.
Proactive workplace monitoring and random / planned site Safety Inspection & Audit.
Promote “Positive Safety Culture” while ensuring proper Communication, Consultation, Cooperation & Training for al employees so that, an individual can perform task safely and independently.
Investigate all accident / incidents for taking timely preventative & corrective actions.
