Attract the VIP customers to make a financing relationship with the bank.
Prepare annual customer Credit Line Memos that matches CBOS and internal bank policies.
Presenting and obtaining required approvals for Credit Line Memos.
Act as a link between the bank and CBOS regarding finance extensions, guarantees and customer exceptions.
Regular customer visits and preparation of call reports in addition to evaluation the customer operations.
Monitor customer settlements/ repayments.
Reporter and organizer for the project of credit inquiry and credit coding in Sudanese Egyptian Bank.
Responsible for the preparation of the report and make sure that all the data required by the administrations of the Central Bank of Sudan has been prepared and sent on time.
Responsible for all guarantees of the customer (Corporate - Retail - Staff - Other) .
Revising, receiving keeping and following for customer files and the studies for granting finance (Corporate Finance) and the record for customer, check their granting giving by Central Bank of Sudan (CBOS) including granting finance, system and rules related it.
Follow customer's guarantees from renewing, evaluation, keeping, and Mortgage Release.
Refill the customer application by take consider credit check and limits guarantee.
Make regular reports (Returns) in contact with CBOS daily, weekly, monthly, every quarter, yearly (electronic returns in excel - paper returns).
Make regular reports relate to the banker work (Provision…)
Customer coding and credit inquiry by using new and old system of CBOS.
Make link between the bank and CBOS in receiving and reply letters.
Address the legal council and rating companies and third parties.
Make sure that the financing process will do according to the standard of the CBOS.
Following the customer guarantees through regular visiting especial, the store after the agreement of financing, and preparation reports for management about the status of guarantees, all these to avoid any risk coming from the customer to the bank.
Any tasks requesting by the headmaster and manager of other department.
Attract the important customer to make a financing relationship with bank.
Preparation the studies that reflect the customer status, and all the information about the company (shareholder, financial statement analyses rating etc…..).
Showing the studies and get the agreement from the competent authorities (senior management- CBOS).
Make link between the bank and CBOS in all issues of financing, guarantees, documents, exceptions of customer.
Following the customer by regular visiting and making call report, before and after the agreement of financing until the date of ending also that to evaluation the customer working.

Any other tasks related to customer service
Expend the salary and pay it for the officer.
Follow up the building, and cars rent.
Follow up the telephone receipt payment.
Follow to ensure the fuel for the officer.
Follow up the maintenance for building, cars, and furniture.
Prepare the monthly budget and annual budget.
