Responsibilities:
. Plan and coordinate all installations & facility management for all AFLP areas based on Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan.
. Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet end user requirements based on health and safety standards.
•Responsible for the implementation of maintenance systems and managing modification and improvement projects.
•Identify and provide development opportunities and motivate staff resulting in a reliable and competent work force.
•Manage the allocation of maintenance resources and maintenance budget to provide an efficient and cost-effective operation.
•Provide oversight and leadership to the maintenance function by:
Developing a long-term vision for the Maintenance Department.
Reviewing and approving bid documents and technical specifications.
Coordinating plant projects and shutdowns.
Identifying and implementing development opportunities for maintenance staff.
Providing technical expertise to assist the production, process, and maintenance departments.
Serving as a liaison between the plant and Maintenance group regarding maintenance activities.
•Provide ongoing maintenance support to the plant for all shifts by managing maintenance on-call program.
•Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of corporate guidelines, conducting training and monitoring compliance.
•Proactively managing health & safety of employees to continuously improve the company's health & safety performance.

Responsibilities:
•Establishing the project’s brief, requests for proposal, defining the design scope of services, prequalifying and short listing international and local consultants for different projects.
•Evaluating and approving the consultancy offers of the design and construction management services (pre contract and post contract) and establishing relevant agreements with the appointed consultants based on FIDIC.
•Managing the design progress and attending the technical workshops with the key stakeholders and authorities to ensure all deliverables comply with the scope of services, business intents and the completion on time of each design and construction phases.
•Soliciting and negotiating offers from potential international and local contractors including nominated sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
•Monitoring work progress from mobilization till completion of project based on program of works.
•Establish departmental objectives and individual KPIs and use appropriate performance management tools to elicit superior performances delivering targeted outcomes.
•Liaise with various government departments, semi-government agencies, maintaining cordial relations, company reputation and facilitating acquisition of required licenses and permits.

Responsibilities:
•Being Civil Engineer I was assigned in a supervision, monitoring and advisory capacity to the Civil Construction works, project coordination with main focus on civil works coordination, Testing & Commissioning and snagging/de-snagging activities
•Oversee and monitor the project works to ensure that all works complies with project approved drawings, specifications, prevailing standards, statutory and regulatory requirements, company policies and practices and promptly report any deviations to the concerned department for immediate resolution and makes determinations of alternate approaches. Major duties includes the followings;
•Carry out the ground improvements (dynamic compaction) to achieve the design bearing capacity of soil and furthermore conducted tests for quality assurance of same (CPT, CBR)
•Verifying the site setting out is done as per the approved drawing.
•To assign the duties for site staff for different activities.
•Construction of concrete structures which includes walls, columns and slabs for villas, substations and pump stations and irrigation tank.
•Construction of foundations for mechanical equipments.
•Precast boundary wall installation.
•All Architectural finishing which includes block works, plaster, painting, aluminum windows and door works, cladding works (aluminum, steel & wood)
•All the civil works related to soft and hard landscaping.
•Coordination of civil work activities with Electrical, Mechanical and plumbing services.
•Assist in drawings and specification analysis in order to provide clear, track able and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
•Oversee QA/QC procedures and Supports activities of the HS&E Plan and procedures on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.
•Maintain an updated register of all deviations and non-conformances, and develop them into a punch list of items to be resolved.
•Support the Project and Construction Manager to ensure timely completion against schedule and makes recommendations to increase resources to improve performance where required. Moreover Provide Project Manager a daily log of site activities and issues needing attention.
•Coordinate submittals and procure all close-out documents including warranties, guaranties and Operating and Maintenance Manuals, as-built documents and drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the project works to ensure that all works complies with project approved drawings, specifications, prevailing standards, statutory and regulatory requirements, company policies and practices and promptly report any deviations to the concerned department for immediate resolution and makes determinations of alternate approaches. Major responsibilities from the start to end of the projects includes the followings;
•Dewatering works
•Pile caps and Raft foundation works
•Application of water proofing system to the sub structure and super structure works
•Execution of all structural works i.e. RCC retaining walls, columns, slabs, underpass works, Sea wall, construction of RCC core wall
•Construction of foundations for mechanical equipments and substations
•Precast concrete façade installation
•Architectural works which includes block work, plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, doors & windows, all Interior Fit out works, Aluminum Curtain wall, Cladding works, decorative Steel structure, aluminum cladding, stainless steel works, wooden works etc.
•Fully involved in the inspections carried out by ADM & Local Authorities prior to opening of project.
• Assist the Project Manager and QS with the preparation of interim payments, variations, and extension of time claims based on Contract Documents and General Conditions of Contract
• Follow up with technical department to ensure that all the shop drawings, material and technical submittals are being submitted as per project program
• Oversee QA/QC procedures and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and equipments and to advice on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism
