Handling all the Skills development programs internally and externally
Role Purpose:
•Plan, and define the Sales Academy roadmap and develop all training and coaching materials for retail sales channels linked with the marketing roadmap.
• Conduct all the soft skills training for the sales staff " selling techs., complaint handling, communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, team building, sales management...
Responsibilities:
•Managing orange jordan sales academy
•Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing ones according to the marketing roadmap
•Define training plan & road map in consistency with the marketing roadmap.
•Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other training materials, on products and services, and "Orange Attitude"
•Train the coaches & help desk team regarding the training materials provided
•Review and evaluate training programs for constant improvement
•Prepare training & coaching budget for department or organization
•Manage a team of 15 persons
1) setup a new HR Department for the schools which contain 600 employee
2) setup all the roles, regulations, procedures, for the employees and the schools.
3) setup a new HR manual
4) setup a new employee manual
5) working with a third party to setup a new HR system
6) interviewing all the candidates applying for the vacancies of teaching and managment roles in the schools.
BEING THE CONTACT POINT FOR ALL TRAINING ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE CUSTOMER FACING AGENTS.
1) Preparing the training material and the exams for the new products, systems, and offers
2) Checking the quality of all the retail representatives in terms of knowledge and behavior.
3) Preparing the theme of the training
4) Providing all the retail new joiners with the updated proper training about our product and services
5) Providing all the new retail joiners with the updated proper training about our systems
6) Providing systems, products, skills training
7) Designing new skills training like “leader ship, fun work, emotional inelegance, team building, motivation etc...”
8) Providing training for System training “CRM, POS, etc...”
9) Providing training for Telecom products “ internet, TV, Landline, Mobile” for consumer and enterprise departments
Responsibilities at royal Jordanian airlines-base station:
1) Working at all passenger services.
2) Representing my airline in front of the passengers.
3) Meeting the company standard.
4) Achieve my company excess baggage target.
5) Being a supervisor, leading the team to achieve one target.
6) Being the responsible on maintaining the team of some equipments which are important to the team work
Education: 2001-2005, a bachelor degree in English Language and literature with a very good rate, Amman private university, art and literature collage, Al-salt, Jordan.
