Administrative Supervisor
• Assign work, provide direction to clerical staff and ensures that assigned tasks are completed. Ensure effective and appropriate clerical staff coverage

• Perform a variety of secretarial duties such as drafting and typing routine correspondence, arranging meetings and taking minutes.
• Tracks office or program expenditures by recording expenses, alerting the Owner, Headmistress and the Operation Manager to budget overruns and unusual expenses and authorizing purchases. Maintain a variety of financial records such as petty cash fund, purchase orders and cheque requisitions. Provides input into budget formulation
• Collect, research, organize and summarize data from a variety of sources and produces reports such as program status and board reports.
• Maintain client and program information using spreadsheet and database software
• Produce ad hoc reports from databases as required by the Owner, Headmistress and the Operation Manager by identifying and organizing the required information, compiling data, designing format, and printing reports
• Maintain Attendance and payroll
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Internal Audit:
o Responsible for evaluating design & effectiveness of Compliance function and develop long-range audit plan.
o Audit of new management areas to evaluate internal control system. Follow-up on significant findings from previous audit.
o Audit and review operational areas for HR & compliance with established policies & procedures,
o Review internal administrative & accounting controls to safeguard resources & ensure compliance with laws & regulations,
o Provides quarterly reports and coordinate activities to the board and the ISO Audit committee, Facilitates Internal Audit Committee meeting, Special audits requested by the Headmistress
