• Assist the Director recruiting new people, in preparing of
Contracts, remuneration packages until pass it to HR
Department.

• Coordinate with Clients and other Stack Holders.
• Ensure the high standards of all deliveries.
• Taking dictations and typing correspondence.
• Maintaining ‘5S’ filing system.
• Administration of the Marketing Department, including
attending to switch board, distribution of mails.
• Welcoming the Customers to the Marketing Department.
• Dealing with complaints and handling them in an ethical and
informative way.
• Providing quality Customer Service.
• Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.
• Tracking on the Customer’s requests into the system to
complete the task.
• Organizing and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel
arrangements.
• Developing rapport with the Customer base, greeting by
name, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive
and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and
display a caring attitude.
• Maintaining comprehensive filing systems.
• Preparing correspondence, tenders, reports and documents.
• Preparing correspondence independently for Annual
Registration of Suppliers.

• Preparing and distributing Minutes of Meetings.

Answers, Submissions and Written Submissions, Plaints,
Affidavits, Points and Authorities, Opinions, Resolutions,
Contracts and related Legal Documents under the
supervision of Legal Officers.

• Keeping records of Trial information.

appearing.
• Preparing the appropriate and applicable documents for Court
procedure.
• Proficiency of using Computers, Copiers, Fax machines and
other Office Equipment.
• Answering the phone and providing Lawyers information service.
• Compilation and reviewing of daily reports, logs and lists.
• Typing Deeds, Summons and all other relevant Legal
Documents.
