•Perform root-cause analysis of escalated employee issues, identify trends, and make recommendations to leadership.
•Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis into issues of organizational efficiency, reconcile conflicting or incompatible information and report out to leadership.
Serve as Senior HRM supporting more than 100 restaurants and 1500 employees in Houston working for this large franchisee of Yum! brands restaurants.
•Heavy talent acquisition including recruiting, selecting, on-boarding, and training employees.
