Alamein Downtown Towers project (ADT) high-rise buildings at New Alamein.
Responsibilities:
Management and Supervision for residential tower D01 with total height of 221 m (54 floors).
Conduct site inspections to ensure that all structural elements and post-tension slabs are being built according to the design plans and specifications.
Review and approve structural shop drawings.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure that all structural work is being completed according to schedule. Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve any structural issues that may arise during construction. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and construction schedules.
Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets the required standards. Managed quality and laboratory testing for concrete operations. Familiar using with the Aconex system.
