Work on Maintain Potential Projects, a contract for the Installation of Aramco oil and gas well head facilities, flow lines, trunk lines and tie‑in manifolds.
Review engineering design for drawings of pipelines and review material specifications.
Review MRS (MTO/Reconciliation summary sheet) to reflect the materials needed to construct pipelines.
Prepare material report, which contain a list of contractor supply materials as per project requirements.
Prepare TQ (technical query) to solve major issues raised during execution and discuss it with the designer.
Familiarity with equipment items and piping materials and their function in the design of an Oil & Gas Industry.
Communicating with project management teams (PMT) to ensure clients and end users requirement are met.
Responsible to get the Redline drawings signed by the client & to explain the issue that project faced.
Attending coordination meetings with QC department to highlight and resolve problems and implement decisions suitable for maintaining progress.
Engage and ensure alignment with other departments on the coordination of field related work.
Obtain, review, and familiarize with client project specification of piping and acceptance standards.
Quality check on the material and installation as per the quality specifications and client quality standards.
Interpret engineering drawings, technical notes, procedures, and specifications.
Audit and review hydrostatic and pneumatic tests conducted for valves and fabricated pipe spools.
