1. Make sure all new cargos are checked before receiving,
2. Make sure if any damage in received materials immediate report before offloading from the truck
3. Make sure QTY received is same as quantity expected in case of extra or shortage immediate report to supervisor
4. Make sure all DN, GRN and Waybills are prepared on time and placed in the preparation area
5. Health and Safety compliance of workers
6. Train and monitor workers in standard operating procedures and safe work practices, including new workers introductions and toolbox talks.
7. Plan and coordinate labor
8. Make sure warehouse and all operational instruments are clean and protected and placed in their reserved areas.
9. Maintain updated filling system both soft and hard copy.
10. Generate weekly and monthly report whenever requested.
11. Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly stock take for the inventory.

- Responsible for local level coordination, follow up, management of the DRR/CCA project and other assigned actions within the direct supervision of Branch director and the technical support from national project coordinator and project officer.
- Support the implementation of the project activities including planning, monitoring, and evaluation and reporting of the project activities.
- Support and facilitate excellent working relationships with local government agencies, local partners and stakeholders, volunteers, other SRCS project teams, and the community based disaster management/climate change adaptation groups.
- Responsible for the successful completion of allocated DRR/CCA project and actions at the assigned branch in line with the project proposal, log frame and work plan.
- Coordinate with the other SRCS projects in the branch.
- Liaise and consult with SRCS national project officer and relevant departments and get technical and managerial support for the smooth implementation of the project in the respective branch and communities.
- Undertake frequent support and monitoring visits to the project communities and participates in project meetings and events as when required.
- Ensure that branch level project coordination meetings are operational and delivered in line with the project documents.
- Facilitate community meetings, formation of groups, vulnerability and capacity assessments, community risk reduction and CCA planning and plan formulation.
- Provide overall guidance to the community DRR/CCA groups.
- Ensure that the monitoring and evaluation systems are in place at the branch level as outlined in the project documents.
- Responsible for the proper financial management of the fund spent at the branch and communities under the DRR/CCA project.
- Ensure the timely submission of the financial report following standard SRCS procedures.
- Suggest new ideas for projects and interventions.
- Participate in field assessments for the development of new projects and actions.
- Support in production of donor proposals for new projects at the local level.

• Identify and provide persons of concern with international protection, essential human rights according to Sudan and international humanitarian and refugees laws and its subsequent protocols.
• Registering and Issuing IDs Card for Refugees
• Distribute Foods Item's and Non Foods Items (NFIs) After Registration when required
• Assist in the implementation of registration strategies and methodologies for populations of concern.
• Conduct registration interviews when required in accordance with registration standards and operational guidance.
• Provide counselling to, and responds to queries from, asylum seekers and refugees regarding COR registration procedures and their rights and entitlements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to date records and data related to all individual registration cases.
• Identify persons with specific needs and ensure timely referral to protection follow-up as required.
• Collaborate with protection staff and/or partners in the delivery of assistance and programming, including provision of identity and entitlement documentation.
• Draft correspondence and reports relating to registration activities in the operation, when required.
• Provide technical support to the team in coordination with his team leader and draft reports related to registration data, as requested.
• Act as interpreter and translator when needed.

status updates to the project manager, assist in resolving issues and suggest ways to
improve the project
· Organize and save all current project files and enter and manage information in digital
project databases
· Coordination and implementation of day-to-day administrative tasks and assistance in
scheduling meetings, telephone calls and field visits
