• Successfully completed a fast-track construction project of two mosques at “Baniyas North” in 70 days, complying with the quality requirements and time schedule.
• Oversee all construction activities on the site by conducting materials and work inspections, coordinating between subcontractors, and providing technical advice, ensuring that work is completed on time and within required quality standards.
• Conducted quality assurance and quality control inspections, including MIR and WIR on works carried out with the consultant and QC inspector, to ensure that the materials and works meet approved submissions.
• Prepared as-built drawings and bill of quantities for accomplished works to compare with different subcontractors claims, resolving quantity variations and clashes.
• Achieved a construction project of 100 m3 of concrete tanks within quality requirements and the donors’ aspirations by supervising the construction works and coordinating between the contractor and other stakeholders.
• Developed +4 relief centers by overseeing structural and architectural activities to meet required standards and surveying performed work quantities.
• Collaborated with the department team by preparing project proposals, such as tank restoration, schools’ and infrastructure rehabilitation, gathering needed data and establishing required quantities.
• I assisted in the emergency water response project by supervising the installation of +8 submersible pumps into +550-meter-deep wells and quality tests, which increased individual's share of water by 25 liters per day.
• Improved the quality of 1-13-story building design by modeling, analyzing, and designing models using ETABS and SAFE, then checking the results manually according to industry standards and local codes.
• Prepared construction drawings by developing detailed models, design documents, and shop drawings for structural and architectural elements using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assisted in supervising the excavation, reinforcement, and concrete works for structural elements, then checking the finishing’s installation works according to the project plans and design specifications.
