Responsibilities :
➢Managing the staff and subcontractors to execute the concrete and finishing works according to our target and plan .
➢Raising the invoices of completed works continuously .
➢Follow-up the preparation of shop drawings with the technical department .
➢Calculation and review the quantities and materials of project .
➢Check the availability of materials in store to ensure continuous of work .
➢Check the compatibility of type and quantity of requested materials with shop drawings and calculation design in detail.
➢Making an excel sheets ( tables ) includes materials of store, executed and remaining works, details of project items, quantities of project and schedule of project .
➢Follow-up the progress of the project .
➢Making a materials request and follow-up with the procurement department .
➢Making a schedule for all items to complete the project on-time and under budget .
➢Petty Cash holder in the project .
➢Insuring the safety of staff by obeying the safety instructions and wearing the PPE .
➢Making the highlighted drawings including the completed and remaining works for all items of finishing and construction works .
➢Communication with suppliers to ensure installing the finishing items and materials correctly .

➢Follow-up the materials in-store to ensure continuous work .
➢Reviewing the shop drawings before start works to avoid mistakes .
➢Following casting works to ensure the required quantity and quality .

- Before inspection of structural elements (checking the dimensions and location of structural elements, alignment and verticality of formworks, No. of layers and diameters of steel bars, concrete cover, and good fixation of steel bars as per the approved shop
drawings and specifications).
- Before and during casting (checking the cleaning of the area, rigidity and safety of scaffolding and formwork, concrete strength, quantity of concrete, the vibration of concrete, level of concrete, and availability of vibrators and manpower).
