Monitor the dockets serial numbers and resolve the issues of missing, skipped or damaged serials.
Planning trips in a manner that maximizes revenue in lesser costs by ensuring revenue two way trips through scheduling.
Reduce leisure time of the Limo drivers by adjusting their attendance to comply with the trip plans and relocating them to the outlets that have trips.
Ensure the quality of the service and appropriate appearance of drivers and follow-up of customer complaints about quality of the service and the appearance and behaviour of drivers.
Assist in preparing the new structure for Limo division.
Additional Duties:
Supervise and manage the manpower with long lease contracts such as SABIC, Petro Rabigh etc.
Coordinating all the department correspondence
Create strategic plans to develop the Limousine department.
Modifying Limo work procedures.
Follow-up of Limo dep’t activity and monitoring the performance in Western Region.
Check the daily driver’s fact sheet and sent weekly summary to OPM.
Manage branches and all related rules, trips and drivers.
Monitor and solve all goods inbound matters.
Communicate with WH’s, suppliers around the Kingdom and all involved departments in inbound matters.
Follow the drivers and trucks by the VTS Kingdom wide.
Solve the drivers’ problems.
Prepare and send the daily reports to the supervisors.
Set, maintain customer services standards.
Communicate and Follow-up on customers payment and solve their problems.
Preparing the contract for customers and send it to the head office.
Register customer’s information in the system.
Check the financial history of the customer in Jessr&Simah system.
Interviewing the candidates.
