• Designed a gasifier reactor to convert pyrolysis oil and char into valuable syngas which increased syngas production by 60%.
• Conducted tests on pyrolysis oil (density, composition using GC-FID) and monitored continuous syngas analysis (O2, CO, CO2, CH4, and H2 content).
