• Receives material deliveries on-site, opens and checks material upon arrival for compliance to Purchase Order requirements in terms of Qty, Quality, Damage, Short receipt, storage & subsequent issue to vendor. (Vendor 441).
• Reviews receiving and shipping notices, yard layouts and reports schedule inadequacies.
• Ensure orders for dispatch and inventory transactions accuracy.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and documents are filed and stored properly.
• Ensure quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
• Understanding processes & functional interdependencies and recognizing and escalating issues identified as opportunities to improve, warehouse performance.
• Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues as per set guidelines and follow up on return process.
• Promote healthy teamwork within the daily work environment.
• Achieve On Time in Full delivery (OTIF) and other standard KPI of warehouse and logistics.
• Control the operational budget within the entire department.
• Manging stocks of 61K pallet with value of 350M SAR.
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
Responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching.
Oversees all the dry goods receiving and checking functions.
Oversees all the activities related to internal movement of goods inventory.
Responsible for maintaining Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for the entire operations department.
Ensures warehouse functions are strictly followed in accordance to company policies and procedure.
Analysing daily reports with emphasis on improving productivity, manpower and time utilization.
Identifying staff training needs and participating in organizing training packs.
Responsible of managing stock movements in two warehouses (more than 59 SKU's most of it are fresh products).
Team assigned (54 members), training and development members. Keeping all team members work on safely environment.
Planner for distribution and stock movement with Transport, production, and sales to provide products to customers on time.
Reducing exhausting of SKUs, controlling waste, and increasing efficiency without effecting on Quality standards.
Applying all ISO procedures and AIB procedures.
