• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry and Update files.
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of
the data that has been inputted.

• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, invoices and transaction
costs and Vat filing, Vat registration.
• Manage account payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Record transaction in accounting system.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Submit VAT return.
• Prepare financial statements at the end of the year.

• Responsible for facilitating all financial processes - vendor communications,
invoice and purchase order coding, payment tracking, voucher
reconciliations, cash recording. etc.
• Responsible for reviewing monthly and annual receivables such as: rents,
Salaries, EWA bills, landlines Telephone, social insurance SIO and auditors
fees.
• Collated bank statements and verified balances.
• Responsible of Audited accruals such as rentals, wages, EWA bills,
broadband, landlines, GOSI and audit charges.
• Responsible of all bank transactions and financial statement analysis.

• Communicating with customers through phone or email.
• Help the Customer as required and solving their problems.
