Moustafa Zarandah

 During my current role as a Construction Engineer at Alhuda Engineering Works, I have
been actively involved in supervising construction activities and ensuring projects are
executed according to approved building plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. My
responsibilities include overseeing workers on-site, coordinating with subcontractors, and
monitoring the progress of structural and maintenance works to ensure efficient project
delivery.
 I am responsible for inspecting and supervising foundation excavation works, concrete
casting for slabs and foundations, steel construction activities, and general site operations. I
also review subcontractors work to ensure compliance with project specifications and
provide technical support to resolve on-site challenges. Through this role, I have
strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination skills while working
in a fast-paced construction environment.

 Responsible for entering and managing event data, including participant registrations, sales, and
inventory. Ensured accuracy and resolved discrepancies while maintaining efficient operations in a
fast-paced environment. This role strengthened my attention to detail and ability to work under
pressure during a large-scale.

 During my time as a Site Administrator at TRC Construction Engineering Company in
I gained hands-on experience in managing site documentation and supporting project operations
from start to finish. I was responsible for coordinating daily administrative tasks, maintaining
accurate records, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. My role involved
organizing material deliveries, managing site reports, and facilitating communication between teams
to enhance project efficiency. This experience strengthened my organizational skills, attention to
detail, and ability to support smooth project execution under pressure.

 During my role at Manpower Solution for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, I was
responsible for accurately managing and entering workforce data related to event operations. I
handled large volumes of employee information, ensured data accuracy, and maintained up-to
date records in a fast-paced environment. My duties included preparing detailed reports,
tracking staff attendance, and coordinating with different departments to resolve data
discrepancies. This experience sharpened my attention to detail, time management, and ability
to perform efficiently under pressure during a global event.

 During my time as a Supervisor at Limitless Gym in Doha, I gained extensive experience in
managing daily operations and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. I was responsible for
overseeing staff performance, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a safe and motivating
environment for clients. My role also involved documenting daily operational issues, proposing
effective solutions, and tracking their resolution. I conducted studies on new membership
enrollments, monitored barista operations by tracking coffee consumption and sales, and ensured
efficient stock management. This experience enhanced my leadership skills, attention to detail, and
ability to analyze data to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
