Responsibilities:
• Proffering direction, leadership & oversight are required to deliver excellent results and achieve all organizational goals.
• Delivering expertise in all areas of human resources including payroll, benefits, compensation, staffing, employee relations, revision of job descriptions, and performance evaluation programs.
• Guiding and managing the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs in accordance with market trends, current/proposed company activities, and government rules/regulations.
• Serving across a variety of complex and routine HR and admin operations; leveraging functional expertise for enhancing employee relations while prioritizing resolution of multiple issues including staff demands and grievances.
