Personnel:
• Initiate/Follow up new employees contraction and documentation with government offices
• Follow up & maintain employee records & files, internally & eternally.
• Follow up employee's attendance, leaves and errand and all other reports
• Preparing the resignation with calculating the final settlement & Vacation settlement.
• Administration all required forms for the social insurance forms 1, 6 and 2 and ensure the proper forms filing to present on time to the labor office
• Maintain and keep up to date personnel records including certificates, training, performance evaluation, vacations, penalties and rewards.
• Carry out contract termination process and follow up all needed documentation
• Collecting hiring requests from all department heads and communicates it to General Manager to get necessary approvals
• Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
• Prepare employee file for newly hired to review and ensure compliance with company regulation
• Maintains the employee handbook with updated resolution and other pertinent information as needed
• Initiate/Follow up probation cycles
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions
Payroll and Compensation
• Prepare and review salaries
• Gather payroll variables (overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.) on a monthly basis.
• Work closely with departments to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Calculate Settlements (+) Settlements (-) and End of service
• Calculate the Employees insurance and company insurance and Taxes.
• Calculate all deduction that may affect the payroll
• Prepare the pay slip and mail merge
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees.

Recruitment
• Conduct turnover analysis
