It is mainly an internal & external coordination & support function to Develop and Control ADNOC Operational Excellence Management System in line with ADNOC Long Term Strategy objectives.

Responsibility and authorities:

• Lead the development and updating of ADNOC Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) in coordination with ADNOC Group.
• Initiate and develop continues improvement strategies, process, and models to optimize operational performance and support business milestones.
• Serve as strategic change agent, working closely with all relevant stakeholders to drive, promote and sustain OEMS strategy.
• Assess and benchmark companies to prioritize business improvement opportunities and initiatives.
• Manage the implementation of the continuous improvement plans to ensure integration among all ADNOC Group.
• Align business improvement activities into a more efficient and unified process to achieve mutual success across the Group.
• Drive culture and mindset changes to ensure smooth implementation of OEMS across the Group.
• Lead the establishment, nurturing and promotion of communities of practice to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners, workshops, one-on-one coaching, knowledge networks, etc.
• Provide a strategic view on the further development of OEMS in order to support organization development into the future.
• Take the lead in encouraging employees to jointly share and effectively utilize knowledge to support overcome the emerging challenges in their work.

Planning & Strategy Manager at ADMA-OPCO
