Project (1) : Schlumberger (Egypt Integrated Base construction) at October City.
Project (2) : Tunnels Metro Supervision “Greater Cairo Metro Line 3 Phase 2”, Which include (Air Treatments HVAC for Stations - Blowing Ventilation for Tunnels and Extraction Ventilation for Inter Stations Annex -Smoke Extraction and Over Pressurization Fans for Stations - Fire Fighting System for Tunnels and Stations - Elevators and Escalators - Dewatering Pumping and Plumbing System for Stations and Tunnels).
Job Responsibilities:
(1) Cover and consider all Site requirements from (Reporting, inspecting, providing consultations…).
(2) Perform periodic inspections (Visual and Dimensional) for MEP works and the quality of workmanship.
(3) Reviewing the shop drawings with contractors and making the field change requests if required.
(4) Monitoring performance and progress of the works in relation to agreed schedule.
(5) Analyzing the problems as built and proposing the suitable solutions.
(6) Following up and supervising on installation works for Ducting, PROMAT and Piping Systems.
(7) Perform the Snag, Punch and Final Inspection Lists.
(8) Covering and sharing all General Operation Tests (GOT) during Experimental Working Period (EWP).
(9) Covering and sharing all Equipments Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) for HVAC Systems.
(10) Covering and sharing the Provisional Taking Over (PTO) for commissioning of all systems.
Job Responsibilities :
(1) Initiate purchase orders to satisfy the specified requirements of the project.
(2) Coordination with contractors to fulfill Owner's requirement on time and correspondence.
(3) Monitoring performance and progress of the works in relation to agreed schedule.
(4) Monitoring all material and shop drawing approval status.
(5) Ensure compliance of consultant specifications and comments by the contractors/suppliers.
(6) Ensure that the Company Quality Policy is understood and affected by all parties.
(7) Over all responsible for the timely completion of Project under predefined scope of work.
(8) Preparation of Monthly Progress Report.
(9) Follow site work progress and coordination meetings.
(10) Ensure smooth progress of MEP activities during execution of civil works.
(11) Perform periodic inspections of MEP work progress and quality of work and recommend corrective action to the Project Manager if required.
(12) Handling over document with O & M manuals and As Built Drawings for the project.

:Job Responsibilities
(2) Preparation & timely submission of Construction drawings until to get Owner's approval.
(3) Coordinate and designate the work to be carried out to supervisors / foreman and technicians.
(4) Modifying some Designs according to the nature and proposing solutions.
(5) Day to day supervision of site works and the quality of workmanship.
(6) Coordination with Subcontractors to fulfill Owner's requirement on time and correspondence
(7) Conducts such inspections & tests as may be required in conformance with the contract documents & the project’s inspection & test plan.

5) Supervising on the implementation of the mechanical works of plumbing and fire fighting.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for Supervising on the implementation of the Installing all Mechanical Works (Central A/C in Cairo - Package and Split Units in Hurghada - Fire Fighting -Swimming Pools - Boilers Heating System -Sanitary Sewage water networks - Feeding Cold Water system -Modern water Irrigation system) .

2) Start Up and Commissioning all units of the system.
3) Work at the Service Centre in the Reciprocating Chillers Department.
4) Carrying out Emergency Calls, Repairs Contracts and Overhauls maintenance.
5) Following up and Supervision on the operation, repairing and maintenance A/C systems as a Resident Engineer in some Administrative and Governmental Buildings.
