Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
Responsible for overall the cycle of payroll (Operating pay and benefits policies). Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization.
Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

Support recruitment activities and participate in candidates selection, screening, interviewing and reference checks for.
Create and send offer letters to accepted candidates and notify departments of new hires.
Receive, review and file hiring credentials for new employees as well as prepare social security and income tax requirement upon their joining and for/ termination.
Coordinate the orientation schedule for the new employees and trainees
Create HR Letters for employees upon their request.
Follow up on renewing employee contracts annually.
Act as a project owner coordinating HR projects whether conducts by service providers or by the HR team as assigned by the direct manager.
