HR Metrics and Workforce analysis.
Built a HR Budget and 5 years workforce cost plan.
Build a manpower plan for each year.
Build a study cases to help in maintaining the organization environment.
Salary scale analysis between the current scale and market scales.
Build a HR Data pack and monthly HR reports to let the management see where the organization stand, up to date.

Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization.
Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
