Projects Engineer & Coordinator

♦ The project of "Treatment of Visual Pollution in areas of ABHA City " within the initiative of "Improvement of Urban Scene in Saudi Cities" is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program - Vision 2030 of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
♦ Survey of more than 18 Elements of Visual Pollution and making the suggestion of treats, like Perspectives of Building Elevations, Walls and Kiosks for Street Vendors, etc.
♦ Attending a workshop of "My City 2020" in King Abdul Aziz Center for National Dialogue, Riyadh, December 2018.
♦ Participating as the consultant representative and preparing the presentation for the initiative leader in Asir Municipality in a workshop of "The Visual Pollution actual and hopefully" in the Civilization Center in Haraja Municipality.
♦ Participating in the event of "The Week of the Environment" in Al Rashed Mall Abha as a representative of Asir Municipality For awareness of preserving the environment, Talking and Making a show of "Treatment of Visual Deformity in areas of ABHA City " within the initiative of "Improvement of Urban Scene in Asir Area".
(Making, Showing the Presentation, Designing Publications, Social Media Marketing Participation, and Public Relations).
♦ Participating in the Design of Urban Scene Upgrading using Sketch-up and Simlab Renderer Program.
♦ Coordinate and follow up on the Project Processes, Administrative procedure.
♦ Preparing the technical offer reports for new projects (Government Tenders).

♦Project Objectives: -
a. Surveying the neighborhoods and streets of Abha city and sub-municipalities and collecting the current situation data.
b. Analyze survey data and employ them in upgrading Urban Scene For the city.
c. Draw plans to implement the improvement of the Urban Scene.
d. Develop implementation strategies for developing and upgrading the urban scene.
e. Support Control Panel Management.
f. Display data on the Performance Indicators Dashboard.

♦ The project of "Treatment of Visual pollution in areas of ABHA City " within the initiative of "Improvement of Urban Scene in Saudi Cities".
In the initiating stage of the project, I was coordinating it especially in technical issues, developing the project charter, making benefits management plan to the client, deliver action area approval, signing on behalf the project manager as per PMO instructions, monitoring visual pollutions elements in Abha main roads and facilitate our work, while the remaining team members were prepared, and the project manager holds his position in place. |References as per request|

I pleased to Supervise South Asian "Bangladeshi Pilgrims" services in Hajj and Umrah procedure at one of Field Service Offices - Muttawiffy Hujjaj South Asia Establishment - The Ministry of Hajj - KSA.
