7. More than 1100 Promotions based on clear, transparent and numerical based criteria carried out in October 2007.
8. Number based transparent criteria for transfer/posting of Branch/ Operation Managers implemented.
9. Updated benchmarks for HR planning (Time & Motion Study: under completion).
