 Responsible for Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) Design using Autocad.
 Estimates the BOQ and BOC of every HFC Design.
 Responsible for maintenance / troubleshooting of client's network.
 Modify and test the design.
 Write and present reports.
 Performs in-house and field works on Fiber Optic Cable.
 Conducts site survey and data gathering.
 Prepares detailed plans and layouts using autoCAD software.
 Prepare signal bill of materials and costing of expansion and rehabilitation projects.
 Has basic knowledge in CATV system designing.
 AutoCAD works.

• Administer, troubleshoot and maintain PABX systems
• Install, configure & maintain end user phone sets and series sets.
• Manage configure, order & maintain all telephone and PABX circuits.
• Design & provide documentation of the products.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of PABX & Call Pilot Server; PC skills.
• Possess and maintain excellent oral & written communications skills.
• Maintain a strong customer service orientation.

• Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Maintain office supply inventories
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, and petty cash
• Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
• Submits monthly and daily reports.
