Evaluate the performances of FM services to ensure high quality and timely delivery of service meeting the stakeholder's expectations as well as the SLA and QHSE standards.
Oversee and manage all FM services including site inspections, utility consumption monitoring and reporting it on a monthly basis with the best and relevant practices, ensuring proper documentation.
Be the key support contact to provide high level technical support to BP's and various project teams with effective communication.
Ensure consistency of functioning by developing relevant and suitable policies, standards, and procedures.

Prepares and consistently reviews preventive measures and procedures for emergency cases such as fires, etc.
Makes periodic and regular inspection tours of the work to check work progress and condition of building and equipment.
Confers with outside contractors on installations and repairs, coordinating their work with the relevant department employees.
Works closely with other departments on the consideration of new and replacement equipment, furniture, building materials, new construction and building alterations.
Determines cost of recommended changes for budget purposes.
Submits to higher management, periodic reports on breakdowns, repairs and operating costs, utilities consumption, etc.
Advises and confers with higher management on the effective and conservative use of heat, light and power, as well as the proper application of repair and maintenance plans and procedures.
Prepares for the approval of higher management, cost-saving measures in the area of engineering; upon approval, ensures that these are implemented.
Managing & leading all site operations teams including CM/PPM with supervisors &
team leaders. Implementing and following CMMS/CAFM/ to asset management work
schedule/material booking/cost recording.
Assist in preparing monthly invoices for additional works caried apart from contracts.
And preparing monthly maintenance report (MMR) and report the line facilities
manager.
Ensuring to follow Method of statement & Risk assessment for each task carried out
individually.
Controlling the maintenance cost by successfully implementing and following root
cause methodology to identify and rectify systems in case of failures with the best and
proper solutions.
Managing facility operation CM/PM teams monitoring/managing operational process
via using BMS system to adjust normalize facility equipment’s system.
Achieve successfully 10% of energy management with prompt approval from client on
monthly basis.
Critical asset management with specialized contractors based on agreed contract &
maintain the system to meet standards.
Preparation of condition survey, life cycle plan, incident report, technical report,
Inspection report as part of operations team.
Preparation & elaboration of FMR (Facilities maintenance report) based on
enchantment projects are claimed for approval from client as projects.
Creating the RFQ (Request for quotation) by incorporating all necessary technical &
commercial clause & float it to the supplier.
Evaluating the offers from preliminary technical & commercial point of view by reviewing their
inclusion, exclusion, delivery lead time, intercoms, and payment terms through comparison.
Supports the finance team to open the letter of credit with the bank by providing the LC templates,
beneficiary details, payment breakdowns and certificate required to claim the payments as per the
supply agreements.
Monitoring and following up the deliveries/production status of the project overall equipment using
procurement plan and update on weekly basis to project manager and site team also inform the delay
in advance to make the alternate plans.
Execution, completion & handing over the projects in coordination with vendors and projects support
team.
