A Project Manager for three of the most important development projects in Saudi Arabia, which oversees the development of security standards and exchanging security database more quickly and easily:
Governance: Single point of accountability; Outlines roles, responsibility and relationships among project stakeholders; Issue management and resolution; and Information dissemination and transparent communication.
Financial Management (Budgeting, Payable, Receivable, Petty Cash, TAXs, Reporting).
Human Resources Management (Structure, Job Description, Joining, Performance, Development, Termination).
Procurement Management. (Sourcing, RFP, Evaluation, & Awarding).
Vendor Management (On-Boarding, Tracking, Termination, & Performance).
Delivery Management (Business/System Requirements, Designing, Permits, RFCs/OTRs, and Deployment).
Change Management (Assessment, Proposing, and Changing).
Document Management (Naming Convention, Classification, Tracking, and Archiving).
Closure Management (Sing-Off, As-billet design, and Handovers).
Sales & Business Development (Up and Cross Sales).
Infrastructure Management: Spearheading design, execution & delivery of entire service centers (branches) projects; executing short & long term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing & future requirements using contemporary technologies; maintaining established service level commitments for services on all technology platforms entailing process as well as customer satisfaction measurement.
IT Administration and Vendor Management: Conducting research & making recommendations on products, services, protocols & standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts; negotiating with vendors, outsourcers & contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products & services; evaluating all infrastructure systems; conduct an inspection during the execution in order to validate the quality & control of scope, timeline, and cost.
Technical Support: Ensuring the resolution of escalated tickets on incidents & problems; conducting root cause analysis to understand and provide instant resolution and achieve customer satisfaction; providing accurate & concise follow-up communication to internal & customer resources; allocating & maintaining IT equipment throughout the center entailing troubleshooting of all IT related equipment.
Deployment Management: planning, designing, building, testing and deploying new software and hardware components in the live environment. It is important to maintain the integrity of the live environment by deploying correct releases.
Change Advisory Board: Apply of a RFCs; attend the CAB meeting to review the request for change raised by other members of the committee; share conformance or nonconformance regarding the RFCs.
Technical Support: Perform monitoring of network resources, response to tickets based on SLAs/OLAs; conducting root cause analysis to provide an instant resolution; follow-up with 3rd parties to obtain a resolution, conduct a preventive maintaining for IT equipment.
Follow up the installation of low-current copper & fiber cables, establishing data center (such as raised floors, cable tries, fire fighting, fire alarms, servers, network, security, backup, and load balancer, fingerprint, door access, CCTV, IPT, and monitoring systems); Establish 18 branches’ connectivity and setup and point of sales system; Report on daily basis connectivity and systems status; A focal point of multi groups in order to response to their incidents and provide technical support accordingly.
Gather business requirements in order to establish the corporate and branches network, Accounting &Inventory system, e-mail, and company website; Negotiating with suppliers, vendor selection process, and conducting technical inspections; Ensure that technical support tickets are resolved either with the local team or suppliers.
