Supporting Project Manager in the successful completion of the project scope.
Preparation and Tracking of Monthly programs/targets.
Progress tracking: Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Overall.
Weekly Manpower planning.
Weekly Factory Visits to suppliers & subcontractors to follow up on progress, fabrication & deliveries and reporting to management.
Preparing monthly client presentation (ADAC) highlighting all progress, QA/QC issues, design issues, construction issues.
Coordinating between Construction, Design, Commercial & QA/QC departments to ensure all site targets are met.
Contact Point for all subcontractors, solving any site issues or clashes.
Coordinating between Construction department and Main contractor.
Issuing letters to main contractor for any and all delays/damages.
Ensuring site access, material availability and manpower at all times for all construction managers to ensure targets are met.
Materials :
Determine exact material usage on site (broken down into individual ceiling suspension components).
Issue materials to site engineers.
Order materials upon shortages and based on look-ahead’s.
Introduction to safe and efficient site management, and running practices.
Progress tracking (daily & weekly)
Getting acquainted with QA/QC practices and paperwork.
