Emergency Department : Greeting the customers and creating cases
regarding to electricity and water problems ( no electricity - no water - high
voltage - water quality etc)
• Bills : Registering the complaints of the customers and trying to
achieve the customer satisfaction ( high billing - tariff - meter check
_ consumption - wrong connection )
• Clearance Department : verifying with the customer and confirming
the customer information on the account then explain the process
and proceed to make the request
( clearance with disconnection _ without disconnection ) with paying
attention to the case .
• E- services department : Solving e-services problems facing the
customers ( user name and password - submitting requests online -
any problems in AADC app and Ivr payment )
handling the problems and the queries related to water and electricity in al ain city and working with the team to improve the service given to the customers .
helping the team in difficult issues and making
outbound calls to solve the customer complaints and evaluating the
service ( bills not completed _ calculating the consumption _ ensuring
closing cases with accurate solutions and giving feedback to the
customers - working on the customer suggestions )
• Development team : an experienced members trying to put their
earned skills in developing the provided service by thinking outside
the box and ensuring new ways leading to customer satisfaction
(launching new services online - updating the customer continuously
_ guiding service )
