Coordinate planning processes among downstream experts of 5 refineries and 2 petrochemical
plants in 4 countries.
Analyze alternative feed stocks, product blending, plant configurations, transfers, inventory and
changes in external environment/unexpected situations in refinery.
Evaluate new alternative crude possibilities.
Maintain LP model for strategic calculations.
Evaluate new units and upgrades. Report results to Downstream Development management for
investment evaluation.
