i'm in charge of technical & commercial aspects related to thiochemicals sales to refineries including Arkema Carelflex services.
I supervises Carelflex technicians deployed to Middle East & India.

Main duties are:
- Visit regularly main customers. maintains old references and develop new customers in the area
- Listen to potential customers and prospects, and initiates contacts with them.
- Visit high potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Prepare sales forecast for product and service.
- Establish market analysis and perform regular benchmarking on competition.
- Inform Global Business Managers and Sales Director at HQ through regular reporting on market evolution
- Supervise the sales process from the order till delivery of the products and payment at due date
- Create a database competitive landscape (demand, strength & weaknesses of competition, price benchmark, …)
- Follow-up with the local sales assistant their client’s payment’s processes
