1. Act as functional referent of IPC supervisor at projects.
2. Carrying out 3 surveys on 3 different periods at projects.
3. Carrying informal observation and formal on site audits at projects.
4. Monitor rationalized consumption records of gloves.
5. Track the evolution of gloves use through different timespans.
6. Work with IPC staff at projects for training and identified learning materials.
7. Work with referents and communication department for learning needs and identified knowledge gaps.
8. Reporting of findings.
