-Ensure the development of annual manpower plan, performance Management System,
training Needs Analysis.
-Handling all Personnel activities, communicating with labor office and social insurance office,
responsible for all documents, files and updating records of employees.
-Responsible for the Timekeeping operations, attendance, wages, wage deductions,
overtime calculations, monthly both for labor & staff.
-Assess applications, interview applicants, give selection tests, prepare reports and make
recommendations to management about staff appointments.

-SAP implementation and matching between the standards and the company needs.
