• Seller Performance Management: Helping marketplace sellers evaluate their sales activities to sell and generate more revenue.
• Orders Management: Empowering marketplace sellers to manage their orders in a time effective manner.
• Identify market opportunities for mobile apps via market studies and researches.
• Evaluate mobile apps ideas and decide which product ideas are worth pursuing, based on market size, investment value, and potential growth.
• Combine a deep understanding of the target customer’s needs and desires with the capabilities of the engineering team and the technologies they have to work with (IOS, Android, & RIM).
• Define mobile apps vision and strategy; align strategy and mission with department structure.
• Business develops new mobile apps and enhance existing ones.
• Launch on Itunes & Google play market with App Store Optimization.
• Manage the entire mobile app life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
• Gather and analyze feedback to enhance current apps.
• Develop product management documentation, including, product concept proposals, business cases, formal product requirement specification for each release, and launch plans.
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Optimize marketing of product/solutions through all marketing channels and provide guidance on all product collateral.

• Set new brand guidelines and develop re-positioning marketing strategies online and offline to present Bandoora as the new name of Jeeran Music.
• Define core project features, structure, user flow, and prepare prototypes to all features.
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
• Manage development cycle with different departments (development, design, testing, and marketing)
• Develop Go-To-Market plan and launch the new website with the new brand identity.
