I was promoted to a Project manager:
- Respond to sales team new requests for new projects. Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates
- Grow existing client relationships through HQ service and technology lead development
- Win new client relationships.
- Take a proactive role in learning about new tech/software and educating the project team, identifying new business opportunities and providing a high level of service
- Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and ultimately produce high-quality deliverables.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for the project.
- Set and fulfil client expectations.
- Perform other special projects or duties when required
- Oversee study budget and monitor employee time against Client Budget and Statement of Work
- Work directly with senior PMs to implement process improvements.
Managing the completion of all language projects.
·Be responsible for the entire life-cycle of all projects assigned to me.
·Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
·Understand and abide by individual project instructions.
·Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters.
·Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract linguists globally.
·Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure that the translation perfectly complies with instructions and is linguistically perfect.
·Communicate any issues/problems/caveats or additional information to sales staff as soon as that information is available.
I was in charge of the translation department, including :
1- Supervised a team of well experienced translators.
2- Translating +3000 words a day .
3- Proofreading other translators work.
4- Write TV promotions and articles for the company.
Being Responsible as a translator and a writer for the company.
I have written Travel Articles about several touristic places to visit.
