• Led UX design for ila26, a multi-product ecosystem combining professional networking, ERP (20+
modules), and CRM platforms across Real Estate, Energy, and Agrifood sectors.
• Designed and delivered 500+ high-fidelity screens covering 20+ ERP modules: dashboards,
marketplaces, messaging systems, project management modules, and multi-role user flows.
• Built the Energy CRM mobile app (250+ screens) — created a mobile design system from scratch
and redesigned all modules: pipeline, tasks, calendar, and project management.
• Owned the design of the Real Estate mobile app (100+ screens) end-to-end, working independently
and validating with stakeholders.
• Designed Real Estate CRM web MVP (50+ screens) from scratch, defining information architecture,
user flows, and feature scope in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Collaborated directly with CEOs, PMs, and developers across Agile cycles to align design decisions
with product and business goals.

• Progressed from club member to mentor within the design department, teaching UI/UX principles
and Figma to junior students.
• Led on-site and national online mentoring workshops in collaboration with clubs across Algeria.

• Led design of two institutional platforms:
○ UBins — masters registration & academic requests system
○ ENT Boumerdes — exam results, solution publishing, and appeal management
• Acted as the sole designer and project lead — conducting requirements-gathering meetings directly
with the Vice Dean, Vice-Rector and Staff, translating those requirements into designed interfaces.
• Guided a team of developers through implementation, ensuring usability, design consistency, and
alignment with university workflows.
