Employed by reputable company Murjan commercial import and manufacturing Co. in Amman, Jordan in the function of multi logistic and supply chain admin with the responsibilities of following:
• Manage all procurement requests and negotiation from local supplier.
• Followup and manage the warehouse and monitor the safe stock for the material warehouse with regular report for the company management.
• Follow Up and monitor the sales process and the customer service satisfaction and evaluate level of quality for the service that customer deserves and match with the good service that Co. Provide for the different customer needs.
• Manage the fleet movement and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and warehousing information.
• Follow up the IT works and backup of data for the company.

Employed by the INGO Action Contre la Faim (ACF) in Amman, Jordan in the function of Supply Officer, also I act as logistic manager for period of 4 months. The main responsibilities of this function are the following:
• Manage all procurement requests from the ACF’ Offices and projects ( WASH, MHCP and FSL) in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that these are cost effective and responsive to ACF policies and procedures and in conformity with donor requirements.
• Professionalizing and streamlining the Supply Chain after the initial startup of the operation.
• Provide support and technical direction to the logistics and supply planning through field coordinator with ACF’s program teams and other support functions.
• Regularly update and reviews document of local market conditions to feed into effective and adaptive procurement planning according with ACF regulations.
• Setup and maintain a database of local suppliers, detailing quality, price, service, and conformity with ACF accountability and professional ethics guidelines.
• Provide technical support in preparation of supply documentation, such as input on specifications, transport, market conditions and availabilities, and other supply and logistics arrangements.
• Facilitate cost-effective efficient procurement, clearance, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment to project sites, in support of the country program implementation.
• Establish and maintain contacts with local authorities and partners on the clearance of ACF supplies.
• Develop and maintain accurate inventory tracking and warehousing information.
• Participate in the preparation/compilation of supply status reports required for donor reports (such as inventories), audits, and internal reports.
• Providing expertise in Supply Chain Management Systems and tools;
• Professionalizing and streamlining the Supply Chain after the initial startup of the operation.
• Ensuring that all ACF Standards with regards to purchasing, warehousing and transport are implemented including the preparation of the necessary documents;
• Working closely with finance on donor compliance (UNICEF, ECHO, and DFID).
• Manage the procurements of the ACF Amman head office as well as of the base office in Irbid.
• Manage the fleet and other logistics task during the absence of the Logistics Deputy Head of Department in both Amman head offices and base office in Irbid.
• Manage and follow up IT tasks such as software helps, Backup, Outlook and desk top support for the employees in both Amman head offices and base office in Irbid.

United for Spare Part Amman, as my work in the warehouse management and customer service for heavy duty machine (CAT, Komatsu, and Cummins), also dealing with the outsource factory in Italy as my language helped me in this assignment.

Employed by ECompute in Amman, Jordan in the function of Business to Government manager. My work with ECompute for computer innovation as Business to Government Manager to handling the Government tenders division which is need the strong knowledge and the experience for the Government needs and also to prepare and secure and demanding the tenders when give the right products and competitive price.

Employed by Dot info Co, Amman, Jordan as Logistics/Marketing officer. In this function, the main responsibility was to purchase equipment and tactical gear for the military and Special Forces as well as follow up on tenders including comparison of products.

Employed by MSF France in Amman, Jordan as Logistician/purchasing officer. Short time assignment linked with an exhibition of MSF in the Middle East called Caravan. The responsibilities were twofold: Purchasing the material for this exhibition and to arrange the moving from place to place and setting up of the exhibition.

Employed by Unity Resource Group, Amman, Jordan. Logistician / Purchasing and IT Officer. During this time ALFARAH for ecommerce Services Co. change the commercial name to Unity Resource Group (URG), IT Officer and management assistant for all the projects in Amman. Arrange of logistics related to border crossing for staff working in the Iraqi branch. In 2006, logistician and responsible for purchasing related to the exhibition ‘Rebuild Iraq’ In this function, also acting as the coordinator between the company and the Jordanian police departments in order to assure the safety of the exhibitors as well as to ensure the security during the 10 days of the exhibition.

Employed by ALFARAH for ecommerce Services Co. in Amman, Jordan. Logistics and Maintenance Officer. In this function mainly responsible for 2 projects:
- Member of the team in a project for both the Jordanian Interior Ministry (civil and passport department) and the Foreign Affairs Ministry to develop and install a new reading and printing technology (both software and hardware) for passports.
- Member of the team in a follow up project called UPS (Uninterrupted Power System) for CHLORIDE power solutions for the Civil and passport department

Employed by Saudi Center for Tech. & Computer Supplies, Riyadh, KSA. Marketing Officer. Working for the at that time new technology ‘Interactive TV’ to be deployed in hotels in Saudi Arabia as extra service offered by hotels to the guests.
