•Lead and manage platforms day to day fundamental operations.
•Lead and manage the execution of first line maintenance on platform facilities and major equipments.
•Perform and review all stimulated emergencies drills and exercises.
•Manage and control the implementation of simultaneous Operations planned on Platform.
•Analyze and evaluate the performance of Platforms operations.
•Establish an appropriate communication frequency with relevant downstream / upstream players.
•Manage / coordinate logistics and catering issues.
- Lead the Production team to deliver rigorous operating discipline by ensuring compliance with all aspects of Personal and Process Safety.
- Lead the Production team to safely maximize daily production against agreed plans.
- Responsible for effective operational risk identification.
- Responsible to manage equipment tracker program as part of the plant reliability.
- Manages and coaches a team of direct reports, driving the appropriate behaviors to achieve success.
• Responsible for all operations and maintenance plans, from receiving liquid products (LPG and Condensate) from all produced plants (2 NGL plants and 6 LTS trains) till supplying
all-consuming companies.
• Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize the
performance of assigned units by overseen units operation
and economics losses.
• Issuing detailed reports to recommend changes supported
by simulation models result to optimize unit operation, and eliminate any hazards, complying withcompany’s policy for MOC procedures.
• Support Operations during turnaround and unplanned Shutdowns / Startups by under-standing the unit operating conditions.
• Monitoring wells performance and surface facility
parameters.
• Witness on wireline operations (memory gauges, fishing, jet pump installation and perforation).
- Providing support to less experienced Sales Representatives as needed.
- Identifying potential customers.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Redressing the grievances of the consumers.
- Taking feedback from clients and customers and working on it immediately.
- Serve as a road between the advertising agency and the other parties.
